All music on Sunshine Audio is owned by Sunshine Audio and licensed to you under our Content License. Downloading music grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use it as described in those terms.

4. Prohibited Conduct

• Using the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Scraping, crawling, or bulk downloading content via automated means
• Sharing your account credentials with others
• Misrepresenting your identity or affiliation

5. Intellectual Property

All music, images, and content on the Service are owned by or licensed to Sunshine Audio. These Terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights to you beyond the license explicitly granted.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that the Service will meet your requirements.

7. Limitation of Liability

Sunshine Audio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or downloaded content.
